Carlos Castro, a 43-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2017, in a violent incident at a south-side Kroger grocery store. According to court documents and witness accounts, Castro was approached by Jason Neal Cooper, who demanded Castro's cellphone.
