Kenneth Ray Miller Jr., aged 54, passed away on March 15, 2019, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kenneth was born on December 23, 1964, to Sarah Ann (Bice) Miller and Kenneth Ray Miller Sr. in Wilmington, Delaware. He was a beloved family man, survived by his wife Lisa Miller, his children Manuel Scott, Tommy Scott, and Chelsea Doris, as well as his brother Jerry Miller and his close friend Leonard Ruff. Kenneth was also cherished by his four grandchildren, a niece, and a nephew.
