On March 15, 2015, the body of 41-year-old Black male Christopher "Tissie" Baymon was discovered in Indianapolis, Indiana, under circumstances that immediately prompted a homicide investigation. Early that Sunday morning, police officers were dispatched to the near north side of the city after receiving reports of a person down.
