In the autumn of 2019, the life of 17-year-old Lionel Carnell was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the evening of October 28th, police were called to a residence in the 9400 block of Stouffer Court on the city's east side, where they found the young man suffering from a gunshot wound.
