In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Indianapolis, 27-year-old Mark Miller, a food delivery driver, was out on his final run for China King. It was November 3, 2015, and Miller, a White/Caucasian male, was about to become the city's 120th homicide victim of the year. He was inside his pickup truck on the Far Eastside of the city when he was fatally shot in what police would later describe as an ambush.
