In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Indianapolis, a burst of violence in a parking lot on the northeast side of the city cut short the life of Delmar Harrell. On May 22, 2018, the 24-year-old male was found with multiple gunshot wounds near the intersection of 21st Street and North Post Road. The incident, which occurred around 1:30 a.m., also left a woman in her 20s injured with a gunshot wound to her foot.
