Delmar Harrell, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 22, 2018, in a double shooting incident on the city's east side. The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of 21st Street and Post Road, in a parking lot close to a closed Marsh store.
