In the spring of 2022, the life of 46-year-old Gary Underwood was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence at an Indianapolis gas station. On the evening of May 3rd, Underwood was at the Citgo gas station located near the intersection of 18th and Rural Streets when he was fatally shot during a carjacking.
