Terrence Parham, a 23-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2015. On that fateful day, Parham was involved in a double shooting incident on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The shooting occurred around 1:40 p.m. in the 6100 block of East 40th Street. Parham was found inside a red pick-up truck, suffering from gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
