On a tragic Thursday afternoon in Indianapolis, the life of 23-year-old Terrence Parham was cut short in a burst of gunfire. The incident, which unfolded on November 19, 2015, also left another man wounded. Parham, a Black male known affectionately to friends and family as 'Lil Larry' and 'Gold Fro,' was found inside a red pick-up truck in the 6100 block of East 40th Street, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
