Dominick Jerome Rice, aged 35, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred during a gathering in a parking lot near the Vue Luxury Apartments on East Georgia Street. According to reports, an unknown vehicle pulled into the parking lot where Rice and a woman were participating in Independence Day festivities. The suspect exited the vehicle and began shooting at them before fleeing the scene.
