Black / African American male Dominick Jerome Rice, 35, was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana, during the early hours of July 4, 2021. The incident took place during Independence Day celebrations in a parking lot situated near the Vue Luxury Apartments on East Georgia Street.
