On a cold February evening in Indianapolis, the life of 40-year-old David Taylor was tragically cut short. On February 1, 2020, he and a young woman, 19-year-old Madison Day, were found shot to death on the city's east side. The grim discovery was made in the 1900 block of Audubon Road, an area with several abandoned houses that cast long shadows over the neighborhood.
