Death by Force

On April 20, 2012, Quasay Johnson, a 31-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was shot and killed outside his home in the West Oak Lane neighborhood. The incident occurred just after 12:30 a.m. on the 7000 block of North 15th Street. According to reports, Quasay received a phone call that prompted him to leave his apartment.
