Marquan McDaniels, a 21-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed on June 22, 2015. At approximately 1:19 a.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 1700 block of Scattergood Street. Upon arrival, they discovered McDaniels lying between two parked vehicles, having sustained gunshot wounds to both his chest and back.
