On a Thanksgiving evening in Philadelphia's Nicetown section, violence shattered the holiday peace. Rashaan Harrison-Smith, a 26-year-old man, was fatally shot on the 1900 block of West Hunting Park Avenue. The incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on November 23, 2023.
