In the evening hours of Thursday, October 13, 2022, a devastating event cut short the life of 33-year-old Ignacio Rodriguez Baez, a Hispanic male. The incident occurred in North Philadelphia, a place Rodriguez Baez knew well as he was working at his family's variety store, a familiar neighborhood establishment.
