On the evening of October 13, 2022, 33-year-old Ignacio Rodriguez, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot in North Philadelphia. At approximately 8:10 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 2200 block of West Berks Street.
