On the evening of October 13, 2022, 33-year-old Ignacio Rodriguez, a Hispanic male, was fatally shot in North Philadelphia. At approximately 8:10 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 2200 block of West Berks Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Rodriguez in the passenger seat of a white Ford Explorer, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head, chest, and torso.
