Denzel Collins, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 12:21 a.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call on the 3100 block of North 25th Street and found Denzel on the 2500 block of West Clearfield Street. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Despite the efforts of the police to transport him to Temple University Hospital, Denzel was pronounced deceased at 12:40 a.m.
