Death by Force

Seth Fassett, a 57-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed on December 30, 2015. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of North Redfield Street in West Philadelphia. According to police reports, Fassett was found lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the chest and was later pronounced dead at Presbyterian Hospital.
