Richard Weldon, a 23-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on February 10, 2021, from a gunshot wound. He was one of two victims in a double shooting incident that occurred on the 3500 block of Warnock Street in North Philadelphia. At approximately 12:40 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene and found Richard suffering from his injuries. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he was pronounced dead later that afternoon.
