On February 19, 2019, Malik Felipa, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in Philadelphia, PA. Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 700 block of East Clearfield Street after hearing gunshots. Upon arrival, they found Malik lying on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Malik did not survive his injuries. The suspect, believed to be a male, was seen fleeing westbound on Clearfield Street.
