Julius Anthony Chandler, a 32-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was shot on the 5200 block of Knox Street at around 1:09 p.m. When Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Julius suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate medical attention he received, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
