James Rahshine McClary, a 43-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on December 7, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying in the street on the 1400 block of Cambridge Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds across his upper body. Despite the quick response from the Philadelphia Police officers who rushed him to Temple University Hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
