Justin Robert Smith, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2022. He was one of two victims who were shot on the 1900 block of 68th Avenue in Philadelphia. At approximately 10:48 p.m., police officers responded to the scene and found Justin and another victim, Tyheim Tucker, lying in the street with gunshot wounds.
