Rhisheen Wilkes, a 43-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on November 8, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. At around 6:00 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call at the 2700 block of Garnett Street, where they found Rhisheen suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
The case remains unsolved, and Philadelphia Police have been urging anyone with information to come forward. D
