Alexander Frazier, a 41-year-old Black male, was tragically shot multiple times on the 2300 block of North 27th Street in Philadelphia, PA, on September 21, 2022. He was found by Philadelphia Police officers at 10:07 p.m. and was taken to Temple University Hospital in a private vehicle. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced deceased at 10:26 p.m. The case remains unsolved, and detectives are urging anyone with information to come forward.
