Michael Lamar Cousette, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot in the 1700 block of West Cumberland Street and was subsequently taken from the crime scene by a private vehicle. Despite being treated by medical personnel at Temple University Hospital, Cousette did not survive.
