On April 30, 2017, a day that began with the promise of a pleasant outing to Buckroe Beach, 34-year-old Keir Johnson and her infant daughter, 8-month-old Chloe Johnson, vanished from Hampton, Virginia. Keir had informed her mother of her plans to meet a friend at the beach, but they never made it to their destination.
