Chloe Johnson, an 8-month-old baby, was last seen on April 30, 2017, in Hampton, Virginia, alongside her mother, Keir Johnson. That day, Keir had planned to take Chloe to meet a friend at Buckroe Beach, but they never arrived, and neither has been heard from since. Their family reported them missing the following day. Nearly two weeks later, on May 14, 2017, Keir's black Kia Optima was found abandoned in Newport News, Virginia, but there were no further clues.
