Keir Johnson, 34, and her 8-month-old daughter, Chloe Johnson, were last seen on April 30, 2017, in Hampton, Virginia. Keir had informed her family that she planned to take Chloe to Buckroe Beach for the day to meet a friend. However, they never arrived at the beach, and neither have been heard from since. The family reported them missing the following day when Keir failed to return home.
