On April 30, 2017, 34-year-old Keir Shante Johnson and her 8-month-old daughter, Chloe, vanished from Hampton, Virginia. Keir had informed her mother of her plans to spend the day at Buckroe Beach with Chloe and a friend. However, they never arrived for the planned outing, and all attempts to contact Keir were unsuccessful.
