In the fall of 2022, a violent encounter in West Philadelphia ultimately claimed the life of 53-year-old Clarence Cooper. On the evening of October 20th, police responded to the 3800 block of Cambridge Street where they discovered Cooper inside his 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
