Tariq Duncan, a 32-year-old Black male, was found shot in a parking lot on the 7000 block of Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood on the night of April 1, 2025. At approximately 9:22 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered Duncan suffering from multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. Officers transported him to Roxborough Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:52 p.m.
