LaBrian Dale-Parker, a 34-year-old male from Fredericksburg, Virginia, was killed on September 20, 2015, after gunfire erupted at the Tanqueray/Tangeray Tavern on the 900 block of Pratt Street in Philadelphia's Summerdale section. What began as a Sunday evening inside or around a neighborhood bar quickly turned violent when an argument among patrons escalated and a gunman opened fire.
