LaBrian Dale-Parker, a 34-year-old man from Fredericksburg, Virginia, was tragically killed on September 20, 2015, in a shooting at the Tangeray Tavern on Pratt Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dale-Parker was inside the tavern when an argument broke out among patrons, leading to a gunman opening fire. He was struck multiple times and taken to Albert Einstein Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:44 p.m.
