Elijah Frazier, an 18-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on April 24, 2016, in the city's West Oak Lane neighborhood. The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. on the 8000 block of Temple Road, where Frazier was found lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his back. Responding officers rushed him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, but he succumbed to his injuries that same evening.
