Ishmael R. Goodwin, a 27-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot on the 2100 block of Marston Terrace around 11:33 p.m. When Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Ishmael lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds to his face, neck, chest, and torso. Despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries that night.
