Matthew Thomas, a 47-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on October 31, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying next to a silver Dodge pickup truck on the 2500 block of Carroll Street in Southwest Philadelphia. Police were called to the scene at around 5:35 p.m., and Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene. He had been shot multiple times throughout his body.
