Guymore Rookwood, a 33-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2022. He was one of four victims in a quadruple shooting that occurred in West Philadelphia. The incident took place on the 6000 block of Race Street, where Rookwood and three other men were sitting and enjoying the weather when a gunman approached and started firing. Rookwood was hit multiple times in the torso and succumbed to his injuries the following night at the hospital.
