David Oliver, a 48-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2021. He was fatally shot during a double shooting incident in the 2200 block of South 7th Street in South Philadelphia. Oliver was pronounced dead at Jefferson University Hospital after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. A 43-year-old woman who was also shot in the foot during the incident survived and was treated at the same hospital.
