John Rawls, a 59-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on January 18, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found in the living room of a residence on the 3000 block of North Bambrey Street, having been shot multiple times in the chest. Medical personnel pronounced him deceased at the scene.
