In the afternoon of March 25, 2019, 31-year-old Richard Isaac was sitting on a front porch in the East Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. At approximately 4 p.m., on the 100 block of Meehan Avenue, he was shot multiple times in the head and body. Emergency responders rushed him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. At the time of the incident, the police had not made any arrests and were actively investigating the shooting.
