Tyrone Brown, 55, a man from Philadelphia, was shot and killed inside a 7-Eleven in the Tacony section on the morning of June 26, 2025. Police said they were called to the store on the 6900 block of Torresdale Avenue shortly after 7 a.m., where officers found Brown with a gunshot wound to the head; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
