Shannon Blassengale, a 27-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was fatally shot on the night of November 1, 2017, in the Kensington neighborhood. Known affectionately as "Boogie," Shannon was a beloved restaurant manager at Sonic and a talented freestyle rapper.
