In the early hours of a Saturday morning in North Philadelphia, the life of Nelson Wilcox, a 51-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On February 5, 2022, on the 1400 block of West Toronto Street, Wilcox was shot multiple times. Police officers who arrived at the scene around 3:45 a.m. found him with three gunshot wounds.
