Death by Force

Orlando Harris, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on September 6, 2000, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was shot to death while sitting in his car at the intersection of 22nd and Race Streets at approximately 1:43 am. The case remains unsolved, and the Citizen’s Crime Commission has offered a $4,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
