Lawrence Scruggs, a 23-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Kensington neighborhood, specifically in the 500 block of East Stella Street. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Lawrence succumbed to his injuries.
