Nasir Proctor, a 20-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2020. He was fatally shot in the chest inside a home on the 6000 block of Locust Street in West Philadelphia. Nasir was found in the basement of the building, suffering from the gunshot wound, and was later pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Hospital.
