Ronald Lewis, 45, a Black male from Philadelphia, was found just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025, slumped inside a blue BMW on the 6000 block of North Warnock Street in the city’s Fern Rock section. Officers arrived at 12:55 a.m. to the quiet block and pulled Ronald Lewis, 45, from the vehicle; he was rushed to Jefferson Hospital, where his wounds proved fatal. He had been living on North Marvine Street, not far from where the early-morning gunfire shattered the stillness.
