Jovanni Oyola, a 19-year-old from North Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on July 22, 2015. Police responded to the 3000 block of North Howard Street at around 10:44 p.m., where they found Jovanni lying on the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward. The incident remains unsolved, and the Philadelphia Police Department has been actively seeking any leads from the community to help ...
