Death by Force

Jovanni Oyola, a 19-year-old from North Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on July 22, 2015. Police responded to the 3000 block of North Howard Street at around 10:44 p.m., where they found Jovanni lying on the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward.
