In the evening hours of a Friday in Philadelphia, the life of Horace Eugene Peaches Jr. was cut short. On November 18, 2016, the 38-year-old man was discovered inside a 2003 vehicle on the 1300 block of Parrish Street. It was 9:08 p.m. when Philadelphia Police officers responded to the scene, where they found that Peaches had been the victim of a fatal shooting.
