Death by Force

Horace Peaches, a 38-year-old man, was fatally shot on the night of November 18, 2016, in Philadelphia. The incident occurred around 9:08 p.m. when Philadelphia Police Officers responded to a call on the 1300 block of Parrish Street. They found Horace inside a 2003 Chevy Impala, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the officers' attempts to save him by rushing him to Hahnemann University Hospital, Horace was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
