Ian Patrick Wilsey, a 14-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Levittown, Pennsylvania, tragically died on November 28, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. Ian was a ninth grader at Northeast High School and was known for his friendly and kind nature.
