Nicholas Flacco, a 20-year-old male of Italian-American ethnicity, tragically passed away on March 30, 2019, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son of Christopher and Cathy Flacco, and a student at Penn State's main campus in State College. Nicholas was visiting home to celebrate his 20th birthday when the incident occurred.
