Death by Force

On May 10, 2024, 16-year-old Mujahid Ibn Jamal Sabir was found deceased in Southwest Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek Park. A passerby walking their dog discovered his body on a trail near the 6000 block of Angora Terrace around 6:45 a.m. Responding officers located multiple shell casings at the scene, indicating that Mujahid had been shot several times. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
