On a Tuesday afternoon in West Philadelphia, an argument escalated to a fatal conclusion, leaving a 33-year-old man dead. Rasheed Jamal Sloan was shot in the face on the 5200 block of Kershaw Street around 12:30 p.m. on October 6, 2020.
