James Walke III, aged 28, was killed on February 23, 2016, in Philadelphia. On that afternoon, Philadelphia Police responded to the unit block of West Seymour Street, where they found James suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries soon after.
